Heather brings a wealth of experience to the table, having joined Fuzion Communications in 2020. Heather is highly organised, and versatile with a cool head and natural flair to multi-task and deliver results. During her time at Fuzion, Heather has been at the forefront of managing numerous successful campaigns, overseeing the entire process from ideation to conclusion.
Heather plays a pivotal role supporting our PR team working with a diverse range of clients across sectors such as consumer, hospitality, charity and public service. Suzanne Twomey
As a Junior Account Director on the Corporate Communications team, Suzanne brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her client-focused approach includes day-to-day communications consultancy, stakeholder engagement, press relations, social media management event management, and delivering high-impact project activations.
A seasoned communications professional, Suzanne has worked with both large multinational and small enterprises, household brands, public-sector and charity organisations across both corporate and consumer sectors. Renowned for her ability to develop and execute comprehensive communications and marketing strategies, that enhance both internal and external visibility, Suzanne has a strong ability to understand her client’s needs and utilises this to generate positive exposure and engagement.
Suzanne’s academic background includes a BSc in Food Marketing and Entrepreneurship from UCC, complemented by a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute.

Account Manager
Christine Tobin
A former news editor, radio producer and press photographer with 20 years of national and international media experience, Christine uses her versatile skills to help our clients get strategic visibility to drive results.
A dedicated newshound, she is forensic with copy, persistent with PR and creative in her communications strategies. As a former business editor, she understands the power of great communications and engaging storytelling.
She uses her broad experience in print and broadcasting to deliver powerful media training workshops and you might even hear her on radio news panels every now and then.
Having written over 10,000 news stories for regional and national media in Ireland and New Zealand, she has written about everything from crime, court and council, to health and human interest, art and agriculture.
Christine ran her own communications business for many years and has worked with over 100 clients in healthcare, retail, professional services, finance, insurance, agriculture, food, education, tourism and politics. A creative and energetic dynamo, Christine has a knack for getting straight to the story that matters, helping clients tell it to the right audience for a strong impact.

Una O’Shea
Una brings a strong work ethic, creative problem-solving, and effective communication skills to the table. With a passion for new media and smart marketing, Una is always eager to explore innovative approaches and strategies. Her versatile skill set and knowledge allow her to contribute effectively across the communications team, working on both corporate and consumer accounts, as well as supporting the digital team.
Una earned her MA in Public Relations with New Media at Munster Technological University. This course gave her the tools to excel in research, planning, and multimedia, helping her bring a fresh and innovative approach to the fast-paced world of communications. Una also attended University College Cork, where she spent three years studying English and Politics. This is where she developed strong communication and analytical skills, making her adept at crafting clear, persuasive messages and understanding diverse perspectives—both essential in the world of PR and communications.
Una has worked on a number of client accounts providing her with a varied and wide-ranging experience. She has worked with Tour de Munster, National Heritage Week and Cornstore and Coqbull restaurants.

Ciarán Ó Raghallaigh
Versatile and creative media and communications professional with 20+ years experience in Irish & international media and tech landscape. A former journalist, Ciarán leads Fuzion’s copywriting, from websites to OOH advertising to creative ad campaign creation, working closely with our in-house design experts.
Ciarán also leads the company’s media training, putting to work his many years of experience behind the microphone to assist corporate and C-level clients in front of it.

Deirdre Waldron
Deirdre is the founder of Fuzion and one of Ireland’s leading communication professionals with more than 30 years experience across a wide range of corporate and consumer projects in the UK and Ireland.
Deirdre’s main focus is Corporate Communications and Public Affairs. She works closely with clients to develop strong communication strategies and with her team of highly skilled and experienced communications and creative professionals delivers cohesive plans that work for clients’ specific requirements.
Deirdre is a former President of Network Ireland for Women in Business, former Marketing Director of the Rose of Tralee International Festival, former Board Member of CERT (Tourism Training Agency) and a former Board Member of Cork Chamber. She is currently on the board of the Triskel Arts Centre, the National Youth Orchestra of Ireland, Tech Industry Alliance and Sailing Into Wellness.

Vanessa Cole
Vanessa has extensive experience from Boards, Committees, and Office Management and has worked nationally and internationally in multiple industries ranging from insurance and hospitality to finance. She loves working with people and making things happen.
Managing Partner
Greg Canty
Greg, joined Fuzion Communications in 2003, bringing a strong commercial aspect to the business. He is the Managing Partner of Fuzion and he also oversees the Digital team. Greg works with clients on their Communications Strategies and he develops social media strategies and implementation plans for clients and supports these with the Fuzion social media team.
He provides social media consultancy and support to the Crisis PR team. He creates and delivers social media training programmes for some of the Local Enterprise Offices as well as delivering bespoke training for clients. Greg also conducts Brand and Communications Workshops for clients. Greg is a social media enthusiast, an avid writer and social commentator, and is considered to be one of the leading B2B bloggers in Ireland. His regular B2B blog and the Fuzion blog, which he manages, have attracted a large following with many of the submissions featured in national publications. Greg also produces the Win Happy podcast.

Mark Kenny
Mark is an industry veteran recognised for his versatile skills and dedication to his craft, which he brings to the Fuzion team. With a background spanning design, illustration, TV, and multimedia production, Mark’s journey began at Waterford Institute of Technology, where he cultivated his passion for creative design. Throughout his career, he’s collaborated with a range of clients, from local enterprises like the Triskel Arts Centre to larger organisations like Cork City Council.
Mark’s expertise extends beyond graphic design, having also contributed to television production and digital media projects. His client list includes notable names such as Enterprise Ireland, Dublin City Council, Amazon, Disney Interactive and Microsoft, reflecting his commitment to delivering high-quality work, no matter the scale.

Eimear Mansfield
Eimear is an account executive at Fuzion. Eimear works with the communications and PR team on both consumer and corporate accounts.
Eimear is a Bachelor of Commerce (Global Experience) graduate of NUI Galway, specialising in International Business Management. Through the course of her degree, Eimear studied abroad at Concordia University Montreál.
Originally from Waterford, Eimear has brings a vast array of experience from international companies including Coca-Cola, Apple, Smurfit Kappa and EY. In addition, Eimear brings valuable promotional and event marketing experience from previous agencies.
Senior Account Executive
Dylan Morley
Dylan is a Senior Account Executive at Fuzion. His role involves working with the Public Relations, Public Affairs, and Digital Marketing Communications teams by managing day-to-day account activities including client relations, media liaison, political engagement, social media content creation & management, and strategy development.
Prior to joining the team at Fuzion, Dylan studied an MA in Public Relations with New Media at Munster Technological University. This course provided him with research, planning, managerial and multimedia skills that have enabled Dylan to display leadership and innovation within the dynamic and fast evolving professional communications industry.
Dylan also attended University College Cork, where he spent four years studying a BSc in Government and Political Science. Studying politics means studying the real world and developing the skills to make sense of that world. This degree programme developed his knowledge of governments, public policies and political processes, systems and political behaviour.
In his time at Fuzion, Dylan has worked on a range of client accounts providing him with a varied and wide-ranging experience. He has worked closely with the Port of Cork, Firebird Heating Solutions, Higher Education Authority, PE Global, Ward Personnel, Ned O’Shea Construction, NPP Group, Cork County Council, Citizens Information, CRY Ireland and Tour de Munster.
Digital Marketing Executive
Alina Magomedova
Alina efficiently integrates digital activities, handling email marketing, search ads, social media ads, and content creation for clients’ comprehensive digital advertising solutions.
With an MS in Tourism Management and a broad digital advertising and social media content experience, Alina is responsible for creating content calendars and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various online platforms.
In the field of social media advertising, Alina is passionate about creating impactful campaigns using paid platforms. She loves diving into analytics, crafting insightful reports for clients. With clear KPIs in mind, Alina expertly navigates the digital space, concentrating on understanding the demographics of the target audience and staying on top of market trends. This guarantees that each ad reaches its intended audience precisely when it matters most, delivering a significant outcome for her clients.
Prior to joining Fuzion, Alina worked at various digital marketing agencies in Ireland.
Head of Brand
Paul Ruane
Paul is driven and highly competent with an almost obsessive attention to detail with the ability to motivate and manage teams in a commercially minded creative environment. Through his work over the years in developing national and international brands he brings strong understanding and awareness of the relationship between successful creative work and it’s commercial results and direct relationship with sales strategies.
He also has strong creative expertise in visualising end-results and pre-empting issues or discrepancies in Brand consistency. He also has strong experience in the creation of Digital Marketing campaigns for websites, social media and video. Paul has over 20 years creative experience and in-depth knowledge of printing processes, finishes, requirements, formats and preparing all artwork for production.
Paul has worked with both small and large scale organisations to ensure consistency in their brand communications and promotion. Recent clients include Active Disability Ireland, a national organisation supporting Sport Ireland, HSE and Government Departments in raising awareness, training and coordinating national initiatives to create more opportunities for people with disabilities to be physically active. Paul led the rebranding process from Cara Sport Inclusion Ireland to Active Disability Ireland, which involved public consultations, internal workshops, stakeholder workshops and desk research to inform the design process. Paul was responsible for all communication design on national events, launches, social media campaigns, digital design, awards events, training initiatives and national inclusive programmes. All material was designed using universal and inclusive design criteria.
Other exciting projects include branding and launching a software company client, from scratch, at the world’s biggest PLM Conference, Siemens PLM World, in Indianapolis USA. He also planned, organised, promoted and event managed a Guinness World Record success at PGA Golf Show in Florida for a golf product client. Paul was also responsible for branding, promoting, organising, running and event managing.
The creative project he is most proud of was designing the wrapper for Cadbury Dairy Milk in Ireland, which Paul won through a national design competition. His design was featured on over 600,000 Dairy Milk wrappers in shops throughout Ireland, and is the only ‘consumer’ in Ireland to ever have designed the famous wrapper.
Digital Account Executive
Aoife McCabe
Aoife efficiently handles our clients digital accounts ensuring that all bases of social media are at the highest of standards. She ensures that consistent scheduling and content creation is in place while using social metrics and algorithms to ensure you are getting the most from your social media. Aoife is a positive, collaborative, and creative social media and marketing manager with a passion for content creation, design, and copywriting.
Her passion for social media comes from her belief in the role that these powerful platforms have in educating and influencing audiences.
Aoife works with both B2B and B2C social media channels and is well-versed in creating content based on specific target audiences.
Aoife works with many clients including The English Market, National Heritage Week, Ward Personnel, Brigid 1500, and Cork County Council- Environment Department. Prior to joining Fuzion Communications, Aoife worked for The Next Web – A Financial Times Company where she successfully created the company-wide social media strategy. As well as, create and execute the social media strategy and content creation for the TNW Conference, Europe’s largest Technology Conference. She also assisted on the employee influencer program overseeing and offering guidance to colleagues promoting their work on their personal channels
Aoife has a BA in Digital Humanities and Information Technology from UCC where she focused her thesis on the participation of women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). After completing her BA, Aoife received her MA in New Media and Digital Culture from Utrecht University in the Netherlands. She focused her thesis on intersectional feminism in online activism and communities during the Repeal the 8th Movement.
Both degrees heavily focused on how social media works to create and nurture online communities This has contributed to her understanding of brand audiences and how to use social media effectively for a wide range of enterprises and businesses.

Martin Kelly
Martin is a talented graphic designer with a passion for visual identity, user experience, layout, and typography. He also excels at display design and general problem-solving, always striving to create innovative solutions.
After completing his secondary education, Martin pursued a diploma in graphic design at Colaiste Stiofain Naofa. He then went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communications from Waterford Institute of Technology. Currently, Martin is studying for a Master’s degree in User Experience and Design Innovation, further expanding his expertise.
With a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles, Martin creates visually striking and effective designs that engage audiences. Whether working on a brand identity, a user interface, or a complex layout, Martin approaches each project with enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence.

With a creative and motivated mindset, she is adept at creating impactful visual storytelling and provides strategic leadership to set clients apart from competitors.

Leah O’Sullivan
Leah works with the Communications team on both consumer and corporate accounts. As well as bringing a fresh, unique approach and perspective to her work. Leah is a creative writer and has strong connections with a number of media from previous roles. Leah brings a vast array of experience from international companies such as Bare by Vogue, KEVIN.MURPHY, OCosmedics and asap skincare, and brings valuable promotional, event management and influencer marketing experience from her role with previous global brands and influencer agencies.
