Carrolls Irish Gifts
Carrolls Irish Gifts is a fully Irish owned company established in 1982 with a proud heritage of showcasing some of the most talented designers and craft professionals in the country. After conducting some market research, Carrolls has found that the domestic shopper is quite indifferent to Carrolls and doesn’t have them on their radar when it comes to gifting.
Fuzion has been working with Carrolls Irish Gifts since March 2020, working with them on a mix of corporate and consumer PR, influencer marketing and advertising. The main objective of Carrolls Irish Gifts working with Fuzion was to change the public perception of the brand from ‘Tourist Shop’ into ‘Gifting Destination’, as well as increasing overall brand awareness.
OUR ROLE
Fuzion played a vital role in changing public perception through our PR efforts, strategically launching ‘Gifts with Grá’ to spotlight the diverse array of gifts available and to ensure the brand remained at the forefront of consumers’ minds when it comes to gifting. The ‘Gifts with Grá’ messaging has become an integral part of all our communications, effectively elevating Carrolls visibility and resonance.
Our strategic influencer partnerships have been instrumental in furthering Carrolls Irish Gifts’ mission of supporting local Irish suppliers. Collaborating with influencers across various platforms and industries, particularly during key holiday dates such as Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, Black Friday, and St. Patrick’s Day, allowed us to amplify our message and showcase the extensive range of gifting options available at Carrolls.
RESULTS
Through these partnerships, we not only highlighted the quality and uniqueness of products sourced from local Irish suppliers but also reinforced Carrolls commitment to supporting Irish craftsmanship and entrepreneurship. As a result, Carrolls now proudly supplies 80% of Irish suppliers’ products in our stores, a testament to our dedication to promoting and preserving Irish heritage and creativity.
