Ward Personnel is an award winning recruitment agency, with offices in Dublin, Cork and Athlone, and also in Lublin in Poland. The agency is led by its founder and Managing Director, David Ward.

Since its establishment in 2010, Ward Personnel has expanded year on year providing recruitment solutions to the Construction and Industrial sectors. The company has a team of over 40 recruitment specialists managing a site workforce of more than 600 employees across approximately 200 sites throughout Ireland.

OUR ROLE
A long standing digital services client of Fuzion, Ward Personnel approached us in the late spring of 2023 to work on corporate public relations strategy to help launch their Management and Technical Division. This dedicated division expanded their white collar service offering while complementing the existing core Labour and Trade and International Sourcing Divisions. Further enabling Ward Personnel to strengthen its commitment to providing tailored recruitment solutions for its clients.

Fuzion devised a six-month public relations campaign aimed at promoting the new Management and Technical Division while additionally increasing brand awareness of Ward Personnel. A mix of PR tactics was used to achieve campaign objectives including a creative photocall and press release to launch the new white collar division and general profile pitching to secure interview opportunities for Managing Director, David Ward.

Over the six period, Fuzion secured widespread news media coverage (print, online and broadcast) for Ward Personnel across national, regional, local and trade outlets. Media coverage of the newly launched Management and Technical Division, industry awards wins, new and notable appointments, and thought leadership expert interviews with David Ward generated over 1.77 million in readership/listenership figures. Significantly enhancing brand awareness of Ward Personnel and further positioning the agency as industry leaders in the construction recruitment sector.
